How to get to Church Eaton Village Institute

From the South:

Leave the M6 at junction 12 and join the A5 towards Telford.

Cross the Island at Gailey and after 2 miles (at Stretton) turn right.

After 200m turn left to Church Eaton. (ignore all turns off)

After 5 miles the Village Institute will be found on your left.

From the North and East:

Leave the M6 at Junction 14 and go into Stafford.

Follow signs for Telford This will bring you to Newport Road Stafford (A518 going West).

Leave Stafford on the A518, go under the M6 towards Newport.

In Haughton (approx. 3 miles) turn left for Church Eaton.

After 2.5 miles the Village Institute is in front of you.

From the West:

Leave the A518 (Newport to Stafford road) at Gnosall and follow the Church Eaton signs.

Go up Cowley Lane and ignore all turns off to the right.

After 2.5 miles you reach Church Eaton, with the Royal Oak Pub on your right.

Turn left and go through the village towards the church.

The Village Institute is on your right.

There are many alternatives, using the small lanes, but if you do not know the area you will need to have a detailed map.

Take care to avoid animals, pedestrians, cyclists, farm traffic and on-coming cars.
